Getting the customer service phone number
Their service, especially customer service, is awful. I had to dial the customer service number several times and wait too long for someone to answer. During my one-hour phone call, I got disconnected several times and I had to redial the number constantly. Their prices are way too high for this bad service. Now that all phone calls are working by internet, the prices should be cheap, but they raised their prices too high compared to few years ago. In general, I'm not happy at all!
